Creating a Workplace Culture that Fosters Psychological Health and Safety
Prompta recently introduced a new offering to its roster of culture workshops: Creating a Workplace Culture that Fosters Psychological Health and Safety. Rooted in the principles outlined in the Canadian National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety, it also leverages Prompta’s deep expertise in creating thriving workplace cultures.
Prompta is working with Hotspex, a company committed to creating a culture that is conducive to psychological health and safety. “Stephanie and Nicolette and the Prompta team have been a delight to partner with on our mental health strategy,” says Kristy MacLeod, VP of Operations at Hotspex. “the workshops they put together for us were thoughtful, impactful, and tailored to our needs.
