As an organizational change management specialist, Tim’s had tremendous success leading teams in preparing organizations, departments and individuals for the transformational change that comes with large initiatives. He has proven skills in developing and nurturing client relationships and enabling organizations to move to a level of preparedness.
Tim’s change management experience includes merger, acquisition and divestiture integrations, cultural and business transformations, enterprise restructuring, IT & ERP implementations, digital transformations, organizational development (OD), HR and Supply Chain change consulting, office moves, restructuring, business readiness, diversity and inclusion change support.
