As change is a reoccurring process happening all around us, Gabriela believes in the positive influence effective change management can have to make the process less stressful. Gabriela’s love for Human Resources and Change Management stems from her passion for helping others as she is committed to being a servant leader.

Through her experience as an Organization Development Practitioner, Gabriela brings great knowledge and expertise in change management practices, leadership development, strategic change and project management. She has been involved in various change initiatives dealing with technology system integrations, business process enhancements, and role restructuring.

With a focus in helping people, she offers outstanding interpersonal skills as well as emotional intelligence and empathy. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic worker who thrives in a team environment.

Gabriela graduated from McMaster University in the Honours Commerce program and has since dedicated her time to learning and experiencing different cultures through travel.
