
Fabiola is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She completed her coaching training with The Newfield Network Professional Coaching Program, an accredited coach training program in Santiago de Chile. She continued her studies with Awareness to Action International, achieving a Diploma as a Leadership Coach.
Fabiola has coached individuals since 2006 as a professional leadership coach, developing her experience in different industries such as government, non-profit, family business, retail, banking, education, entrepreneurship, and science.
Her commitment to the professionalism of coaching motivated her to become a certified mentor coach and later a coaching supervisor.
Between 2013 and 2020, she committed herself to be a volunteer leader at the International Coaching Federation. She holds several positions in Chile, South America, and the Caribbeans, reaching a global level. Today, she is an active member of this recognized organization.
Fabiola combines her work dedication to being a coach close to leaders, being part of the Mentor Team of the Certified Professional Coach Program at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and accompanying professional coaches in the role of a coaching supervisor.
Her professional philosophy is to establish a symmetrical, dynamic, and mobilizing relationships with her clients that encourage them to unfold their full potential, impacting their work, and towards a better way of living.
Fabiola is fully bilingual, English / Spanish, and always interested in diversity, migration, ethics, creativity, and education.
