Jotham is a highly driven and empathetic team player who loves working through complex business problems. Jordyn Samuels, Lead Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Consultant, is an accomplished trainer and facilitator with over 17 years of experience implementing equitable and anti-oppressive policies and practices in schools, communities and workplaces. Jordyn holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto, where she double-majored in Equity Studies and Sexual Diversity Studies.
Jordyn is experienced in engaging with diverse cultural communities, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, corporations and governments, with a focus on capacity building and understanding, through intersectional approaches.
Jordyn is currently the Founder and Lead Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Consultant of Journeys InEquity Consulting, where she develops and facilitates organizational training rooted in frameworks of Anti-Oppression, Anti-Racism, Anti-Black Racism and 2SLGBTQ+ Issues and Awareness.
An experienced communications executive, Stephanie has led communication strategies in high change environments with organizations in various stages of transition or undergoing enterprise-wide initiatives with significant people impacts, such as: technology implementation, service delivery model change, post merger environments, as well as policy and regulatory changes and implementation. Her experience spans organizations within the public, non profit, education and financial services sectors, as well as regulatory. A certified coach, and CMHA Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor for the national standard, Stephanie is a trusted advisor and coach to leadership teams.
Maha brings both her vast consulting and industry in the areas of change management, HR transformation, talent management, and culture assessment and alignment to deliver sustainable and progressive change and culture practices to her clients.
Maha has led change management strategies and execution for major business transformations and technology implementations. She has also supported HR transformations, organization design, and workforce transitions for clients in the healthcare, government, and municipal sectors. She has deep expertise in conducting culture and talent assessments, as well as designing and piloting equitable talent management processes for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to consulting, Maha held talent management roles at CRH Canada and Maple Leaf Foods, where she expanded succession planning, launched leadership development programs, and redesigned organizational structures. Katie is a Certified Executive Coach with over 25 years’ experience in leadership development, facilitation and consultation in mid to large size organizations. Katie’s background as a business leader, psychotherapist and consultant allows her to bring an unusual depth of insight, intuition and experience to her work with organizations. Katie specializes in challenging leaders to leverage their strengths while at the same time ensuring that they identify and address internal and external barriers to development. She coaches leaders in financial institutions, health care facilities, private consulting firms, universities, the Ontario Provincial Government as well as a variety of not-for-profit organizations.
An example of Katie’s recent accomplishments includes coaching an executive in the Financial Services sector with a focus on his leadership competencies. The results of this work were clear, measurable and visible to his team. Over an 18-month period, results from the organization’s annual survey showed more than a 25% rise in employee engagement as well as in over-all leadership and managerial competencies.
Katie was previously the Enterprise Director of Employee Engagement Initiatives, Employee Assistance Programs and Corporate Values for the Bank of Montreal. Through the course of her career within the financial services industry, Jackie has led and/or participated in various change management initiatives ranging for process re-engineering to business model reviews to technology rollouts.
Jackie holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from the University of Toronto. More recently, she completed a Graduate Certificate program in Instructing Adults, and Change Management Practitioners Certification from APMG International.
In her spare time, Jackie serves as Board Chair for Art Starts, a community arts-based charity serving marginalized neighbourhoods in Toronto. She also volunteers as a mentor with Culture Link’s Interview Squad program.

Colin has since 2002 worked closely with over 400 individuals and dozens of organizational senior management teams within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Colin has recently added retirement coaching to his professional repertoire. Colin has achieved his co-active coaching designation with the acclaimed Coaches Training Institute as well as his professional coaching accreditation (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. Previously, she was a Graphic and Web Designer at The Beach Guild of Fines Arts where she utilized her multifaceted set of skills as a content creator, creative writer, designer and website editor towards a project for BGFA’s Summer and Winter Virtual Art Show. She effectively communicated with executive members, artists and their audiences to understand their pain points and created a transparent experience for them online. This was a crucial step for The Beach Guild of Fine Art from moving from physical art shows to a virtual setting during the pandemic.

Arielle will be graduating from the Graduate Certificate Program in UX Design from Humber College, in August 2021. Previously, she earned her BFA Media: Digital Painting and Expanded Animation, where she harnessed her multidisciplinary set of skills, that she utilizes in UX Design.
As an experienced artist, Arielle likes to spend quality time on her own, expressing her vision and thoughts through the mediums of water colour, polymer clay, and digital paintings. DIY or making things herself is a therapeutic process for her and she loves making soaps, candles, jewelry and recipes or anything else that fits underneath the umbrella of craftsmanship.
Cynthia Barlow has been driving authentic, emotionally intelligent conversations for thirty years. She assists leaders and the people who report to them to communicate more effectively so that they collaborate more productively.
Having designed and conducted leadership development and facilitation programs for a wide variety of clients, she brings a wealth of people knowledge and process experience to the table, enabling her to cut to the heart of issues quickly, clearly, and compassionately.
