The Early Years

Since our inception in 2008, Prompta has been supporting businesses in their transformation journeys. We believe people are at the heart of every organization and our focus has always been on change management, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.

The Evolution

In 2018, we were challenged to use data to support transformation. This led us to the launch of Prompta AI. We leverage three tools – Prompta Insights, Prompta Retention, and Prompta Analytics to uncover employee and stakeholder thoughts, feelings, and fears.

Tim Morton – Founder & President

Tim is an internationally recognized leader in driving business transformation. He’s passionate about facilitating effective and lasting change, building capabilities, and coaching leaders to enable their organization to thrive through change and disruption.

To date, he’s supported over 35 organizations navigate through transition.  This work includes enabling M&A integrations valued at $32 billion in aggregate.  He believes that a key differentiator for Prompta is that his team actively engages clients throughout their transformations, rather than simply providing consulting services as part of a project.  When your team thrives, Tim considers the work a success.

NICOLAS NORIEGA - PROMPTA AI
CO-FOUNDER

Nicolas boasts over 18 years of experience in the realm of data across diverse industries, including the public sector. With a strong background in statistical modeling, forecasting, and text mining, he currently spearheads the development of digital innovation platforms at Prompta. Nicolas focuses on creating machine learning applications to model and predict organizational change. He holds an undergraduate degree in Quantitative Economics with a focus in Econometrics from Universidad Panamericana, an MBA in Banking & Finance from Case Western Reserve University, a Master’s in Financial Accounting from the University of Texas, and a Master’s in Computer Science with a specialization in AI from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

TRISH GREGORY- LEADER, AFFILIATES & PARTNERSHIP

Trish is a passionate Transformation & Change Management expert who has been coaching executives and their teams for more than 25 years. She earned her Strategy and Change Consultant Certification in 2001 and has worked on Global, North American and Canadian initiatives with clients across a variety of industries. 

A strong and empathetic leader, Trish understands the importance of managing the people-side of change. She’s an energetic communicator, a motivated self-starter and collaborative team member. Trish prides herself on her ability to build effective relationships, engaging stakeholders in complex and diverse organizations.

In the rest of her life, Trish enjoys being outdoors hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing and golfing. She is blessed with amazing family and friends and her beautiful golden retriever Finnegan.  

Ginette Morel - Principal Consultant and Business Development Leader

Ginette Morel is a management consultant and professional coach who has worked with the top managers of many Fortune 500 corporations in providing transformational programmes, high-performance team projects and multicultural interventions.

Ginette is a key player in advising, coaching and leading senior public sector executives in major transitional projects internationally.  Her role in the last twenty years has impacted numerous federal agencies as well as private corporations and thousands of executives.

Ginette’s work is designed to inspire leadership and challenge people to achieve excellence.
